Training or not Training
I am not going to tell you that ifyouy are a man than you must have perfect chest and a six pack abs or if you are a woman, some perfect glutes and legs, becuase I beleve perfection is a very subjective concept, your mind plays a big role.
Fitness is not necessary, unless it is necessary for you, let me explain, if you feel satisfied with yourself now and you are healty and contempt with who you are, you do not need anything else, but if you feel you want to improve and you are not at the level you want or think you can be, than there is a reposability to yoursef to change it.
It's all about assessing your current state of satisfaction and well-being and determining whether there's a desire or need for further development or change.
If you're content with where you are in life, both physically and mentally, and you feel healthy, fulfilled, and satisfied, then there may be no immediate need to pursue additional training or self-improvement efforts. In this case, maintaining your current state of well-being and enjoying life as it is may be the priority.
However, if you feel a sense of dissatisfaction or if there are areas of your life where you believe you could improve, whether it's in terms of physical fitness, personal skills, career goals, or other aspects, then it may be worthwhile to consider taking action. This might involve setting goals, seeking out opportunities for growth and development, and committing to a process of self-improvement.
Ultimately, the decision to train or not to train, or to pursue any form of self-improvement, is a personal one that depends on individual circumstances, values, and aspirations. It's about recognizing your own needs, desires, and potential for growth, and taking responsibility for your own journey toward self-fulfillment and personal development.
